2010 Edition
For reason beyond our
control, the organising comity must make modifications to the
“regional” portion of the Rallye Auto Nord-américain de la
Baie-des-Chaleurs.
All modifications
will be highlighted in yellow. (March 8, 2010)
REGISTRATION
Entries (completed form and payment) will be accepted until July
2, 2010 at 14h00. We will be accepting a maximum of 60 vehicles. If
there are more than 60 entries, a list of the forms and registration
fees will be created in order of reception.
If you want to participate in the seeded draw, the entries
must be received before June 23th. To take advantage of
media exposure during the press conference and on the Web site, send
in your registration before Tuesday, June 1.
ENTRY FEES
Canadian Rally Championship (CRC)
650 $ cdn
Rallye Sport Québec open class (RSQoc)
500 $ cdn
For all payments received after June 23th, please add the amount of
150$ to the above mentioned fees.
The teams that are only registered for the CRC/NARC portion of the
rally and do not complete leg A (Friday July 2), will be allowed,
after paying the amount of $75, to register Saturday July 3, 8h00,
to the CRQco portion only and restart the event.
These amounts include a CARS levy for the $5 million public
liability and public damage insurance coverage for the stages.
Each entry includes a route book, a service book and a copy of the
odometer check which will be distributed at registration during the
verification of the documents. 2 banquet tickets will be alloted for
each team and will be available on the Saturday between 8h00 and
15h00, at Headquarters (ask for Anne Piley). Additional banquet
tickets will be available for $25. Also included will be a pair of
tickets for the BBQ supper (thursday night) for each registered
team.
Two “Service” stickers will be given to each team, at the entrance
of the parking. The stickers may be put on any vehicle of your
choice (including a service trailer). This will give access to the
headquarters parking.
Payment will be made by CASH MONEY, CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER - to the
order of « Rallye Baie-des-Chaleurs » and dated no later than Friday
July 2, 2010.
A discount of 50 $ CDN will be given to each team (driver AND
codriver) who is participating in the Rallye Baie-des-Chaleurs for
the first time in 5 years.

All registration fees will be refunded upon withdrawal if announced
prior to Wednesday, June 30th, at 18h00. NO REFUNDS will be
available after this date and time.
